Food Pyramid is my
primary guide to a healthy eating diet every day.
I drink a glass of
milk or warm water every morning.
I’ll make sure i'am
well feded every day by eat 3 times daily.
I have my own
principle,”Your brain eats what your eat”keeping away a junk food and instant
noodle or something that brings nothing for my health.
Never take other
heavy meal after dinner and having a rest for 30 to 60 minutes before laying
down or sleep to keep a healthy digestion and a healthy tummy.
In progress to quit
smoking.
