My Healthy Eating Diet



Food Pyramid is my primary guide to a healthy eating diet every day.
I drink a glass of milk or warm water every morning.
I’ll make sure i'am well feded every day by eat 3 times daily.
I have my own principle,”Your brain eats what your eat”keeping away a junk food and instant noodle or something that brings nothing for my health.
Never take other heavy meal after dinner and having a rest for 30 to 60 minutes before laying down or sleep to keep a healthy digestion and a healthy tummy.
In progress to quit smoking.

My Hero


My hero is my Dad.My Dad has grown me in standard family.He has sacrifice a lot for me and my family to makes sure we live happily and enjoy our live in better way.One thing he say to me that i still remember until today is”live is precious and only once,never waste your life by doing something for nothing and useless”.He is my role model too.One thing that been always inspired me is,he never stop doing his job until its done, his way solving a problem whenever its easy or hard in cool and relax way.He can even still sing or telling me a joke when he or we in problem that makes us laugh and finally chill again.Like repairing our car or his big lorry tanker that he drives every day to work,with lack of tools.At first,im to blind to realize it because im always angry when i'am to stress or frusted,but now,it is always my way to overcome a problem.He always say,”you brain cannot think or work for you if you stress,so chill and relax”.He also teach me to befriend your problem,serve and treat it well.Learn a mistake as the lesson for your life,never give up quickly,be patient and always cool and relax.
